Commercial work is work that is performed at a place of business or anyone who subcontracts us to work for another company that is doing work for a business. Our scope of commercial work would include, parking lots, private roads, sidewalks, loading docks and such.

Commercial jobs usually require an average thickness of 2" - 4" of asphalt and 6" of gravel. Commercial jobs can take from one day or more to complete, depending upon the size of the job.

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made. If the business we are doing work for invoices every thirty days we will expect to be paid within that time frame.
